Life is a constant process of creative transformation.

Rainborne: Organic Apparitions

This collection of images explores the sudden emergence of fungal life after rain. These organisms appear unexpectedly and briefly, surfacing from decay before disappearing again into the earth.

Through close observation and intentional framing, Rainborne: Organic Apparitions examines fungi as both biological form and visual apparition. Their textures, colours and structures evoke almost surreal associations, transforming ordinary ecological processes into moments of beauty.

The work invites viewers to reconsider the concept of decay – not as disintegration, but a constant process of renewal.
